PHILOSOPHY

Ayuna is a movement of kindness, compassion and love. We are a group of kindred spirits with pure intentions to make a difference. Life-changers if you will. Our hope is to create a world where everyone can experience an abundance of love and harmony, while sharing the joys of spirituality. The journey of life is as much a mystery as our souls. We are all on a journey of discovery; who we walk with is supremely important. Important, because the universe that surrounds us is vast, and we are so very small. We, AYUNA, want to take care of our planet and protect mother earth so we may have and keep all the gifts she has to give. A place where we can share our positive energy. The earth that gives so much and deserves our love. We take care of her with passion and dedication. Ayuna is a retreat for your soul, a beautiful invitation to pause on purpose and connect to your mind, body and spirit. In the space of stillness we honor our heart centered intentions, using the wisdom of native tribes who gifted us with an endless source of inspiration. Respecting mother earth and celebrate our authentic, beautiful and divinely orchestrated connections heart to heart and soul to soul, co-creating a beautiful community of like-minded souls.

LIFE CHANGERS IN ACTION

A wise woman once asked: "Who will you bring along?" Who will you bring along on your journey through life, since you are fortunate enough to lead a life of privilege, in good health with a nice home and enough money to pay the bills? Think about it. Who will you take care of?

Project - WHO WILL YOU BRING ALONG?

Who will you bring along on your journey through life? Better yet, who will we ‘Ayunas’ take with us and take care of? What if we could lend lonely senior citizens a helping hand or offer our financial and/or emotional support to those who are in need? We want to celebrate life, but we also want to help our fellow citizens, so they can celebrate life as well. Our intention is to ask 50 ‘Ayunas’ to voluntarily be linked to someone that can use a helping hand. After our upcoming Festimony in September of 2022, each volunteer will take care of one person for one year. Volunteers can be individuals or couples and how you complete the journey is complete up to you. You can be a coach, a rock or a mentor. You can share a meal once a month, offer to listen or help out financially. Who will you bring along? It is entirely up to you.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER

Whether you help to find someone an internship or share a meal, “Who will you bring along?” will make a difference. Not only for your fellow human beings, but also for yourself and your own network. The 13th-century Persian poet Rumi truly believed that whatever you are seeking, is also seeking you. When you take someone along on your journey through life it will produce a ripple effect. And don't forget that it's a two-way street. Everybody wins and we can make the world a little better. This is who we are, Ayuna, life-changers taking action.
